Founder Brian O’Leary has navigated the minefields of self-employment for over two decades with a vast array of pursuits.

He said he’s ultimately done that, “so you don’t have to.”

O’Leary managed a specialty retail business, spent time in time in the real estate space, enjoyed over a half-decade in the transportation field, toiled for years in the salt mines of the non-profit sector, coached championship baseball teams, and also had a career as a fly fishing guide and instructor.

Currently, his focus is independent media production and helping others get out “their message.”

O’Leary says, “I’ve never really failed, but I sure have had a lot of opportunities for personal growth. My goal here is to help entrepreneurs so their growing pains don’t hurt as bad as mine did.”
